The Short Version
- • By accessing, registering, placing an order, or using any service on this Website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Policies.
- • You must be at least 18 years old (or have legal capacity) to use the Services.
- • Digital Goods and transaction-based services (top-up/bill payment) are generally final once delivered or processed.
- • Prices and availability may be corrected if errors occur. We may cancel affected orders (with refund if not fulfilled).
- • We may hold/cancel orders or suspend accounts for fraud, chargeback abuse, or policy violations.
- • Website Content belongs to BRIF and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of brif.my (“Website”), including the purchase of any products or services offered through the Website. The Website is operated by BR Innovate Future Sdn. Bhd. (“BRIF”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing the Website, registering an account, placing an order, or using any service (“Services”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy (collectively, the “Policies”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
- “Account”: a registered user account on the Website.
- “Customer / you / your”: any person who accesses, registers, or purchases from the Website.
- “Digital Goods”: any digital products including PIN codes, vouchers, gift cards, software keys, digital credits, subscription codes, membership upgrades, and similar items.
- “Reload / Top-Up / Bill Payment Services”: transaction-based digital services such as telco reload, e-wallet reload, bill payments, and direct top-ups.
- “Order”: a purchase request submitted via the Website.
- “Content”: all text, images, product listings, designs, code, and materials on the Website.
2. Eligibility & Legal Capacity
You may use the Website and purchase Services only if:
- you are at least 18 years old (or have legal capacity under applicable law); and
- you are using the Website for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
If you are using the Website on behalf of a company or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
3. Account Registration & Security
3.1 Account Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating and maintaining your Account.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- keeping your password confidential;
- all activities performed under your Account; and
- immediately notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.
3.3 One Person, One Account (Anti-Abuse)
You must not create multiple accounts to exploit discounts, tiered pricing, promotions, or system rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts that show suspicious patterns.
3.4 Verification
We may request identity verification, supporting documents, or additional confirmation steps before approving an Order or releasing Digital Goods (for security and fraud prevention). Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation or rejection of the Order.
4. Website Information, Pricing & Availability
We strive to ensure all prices, descriptions, denominations, currencies, and availability are accurate. However:
- errors may occur due to system, supplier, or listing issues;
- we may correct errors at any time; and
- we may cancel or adjust affected Orders (with refund if payment was collected and fulfillment has not been completed).
5. Orders, Acceptance & Fulfillment
5.1 Order Acceptance
Your Order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject Orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, compliance concerns, system errors, or provider limitations.
5.2 Digital Delivery
Digital Goods may be delivered via your account/order page, email, and/or WhatsApp notification (where applicable). Once a digital code is delivered, revealed, accessed, or made available, it is generally treated as final.
5.3 Reload / Top-Up / Bill Payment
You are responsible for providing correct recipient details (phone number/account ID/bill reference/operator/region). Once submitted to the provider or processed, these transactions are usually final and cannot be reversed.
5.4 Delays
Delivery/processing may be delayed due to verification checks, gateway processing, provider downtime, network issues, high traffic, or maintenance. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties, but we will reasonably assist with investigation.
6. Payments, Fees & Taxes
6.1 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by authorized payment gateway providers. We do not store full card details.
6.2 Fees & Final Amount
Any handling fee, processing fee, or platform fee (if applicable) will be shown in checkout and forms part of the final payable amount.
6.3 Taxes
If SST or other taxes apply, they will be shown where required by law.
6.4 Fraud Screening
We may hold, review, or reject transactions that trigger risk controls. Additional verification may be required before fulfillment.
7. Refunds & Returns
Refunds and returns are governed strictly by our Refund & Returns Policy.
7.1 Strict Non-Refundable Categories
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the following are non-refundable once processed/delivered:
- Digital Goods (PINs/codes/vouchers) once delivered/revealed
- Reload / Top-Up / Bill Payment Services once submitted/processed
- Membership upgrades/subscriptions once activated/access granted
- Service fees once work has started or delivery has been made
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed according to gateway/bank timelines and may exclude non-refundable third-party fees where permitted by law.
8. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- verify product type, region, currency, denomination, and recipient details before ordering;
- follow redemption instructions correctly;
- keep proof/records for dispute verification;
- comply with verification requests where necessary; and
- not conduct purchases in a way that facilitates scams or unauthorized third-party usage.
9. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- engage in fraud, scams, identity abuse, or unlawful transactions;
- use unauthorized payment methods or stolen accounts;
- exploit promotions, pricing rules, or vulnerabilities;
- hack, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Website;
- submit false evidence or dishonest claims;
- buy/sell/use products/services for money laundering or prohibited activities.
We may suspend accounts and report suspicious activities to relevant authorities.
10. Order Holds, Cancellation & Refusal Rights
We may place an Order on hold, request verification, cancel the Order, or restrict your Account if:
- fraud risk is suspected;
- the payment is disputed/reversed/pending;
- third-party providers reject the transaction; or
- compliance checks require additional verification.
If an Order is cancelled before fulfillment, we will refund paid amounts subject to verification and gateway procedures.
11. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first:
- your Account may be suspended pending investigation;
- we may dispute the chargeback using delivery logs, provider records, and communications; and
- repeated abuse may result in permanent restriction.
You agree to contact us first so we can resolve issues quickly.
12. Third-Party Providers
Some Services depend on third-party systems (publishers/telcos/e-wallets/billers/payment gateways). You acknowledge:
- provider rules, region restrictions, KYC requirements, and account status may affect redemption/top-up success;
- we are not liable for your third-party account limitations (banned/locked/restricted).
Where possible, we will provide transaction references and reasonable support for investigation.
13. Intellectual Property
All Website Content is owned by or licensed to BRIF and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Content without written permission, except for personal use where allowed.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- the Website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”;
- we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free delivery, or compatibility with every third-party platform;
- redemption correctness and eligibility remain the customer’s responsibility.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- BRIF is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of profit, business, data); and
- BRIF’s total liability for a specific Order shall not exceed the amount paid for that Order.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold BRIF harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- your breach of these Terms;
- misuse of the Website or Services; or
- violation of laws or third-party rights.
17. Privacy & Personal Data
Personal Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the PDPA 2010. Transactional messages related to Orders may be sent to you. Marketing communications will be sent only where permitted or with consent.
18. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account immediately (without notice) if:
- fraud or illegal activity is suspected;
- you violate these Terms;
- verification requirements are not met; or
- required by law or authorities.
Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations.
19. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia (subject to mandatory consumer protection rights).
